Alan's early career took him from academia to Russia where he became the head of the prestigious Carnegie Moscow Centre. From there he moved to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (or EBRD) in the UK where over 20 years he made a significant contribution as a senior leader.
He is now working as an executive coach where he combines an emotional intelligence from his own journey with his understanding of what it takes to develop individuals, learnt from three decades as a leader.
