Using relatable examples like noticing green cars after buying one, I explain the role of the reticular activating system in our brains. I introduce the "313 method," a simple and effective way to cultivate gratitude.
By focusing on three things I get to do each morning, making one meaningful connection during the day, and reflecting on three things I loved about the day before bed, this method provides an accessible and impactful approach to gratitude without the need for a formal journal.
