In the episode, Tanaka Pendeke tells us the power that lies within being able to incorporate other people within his brand and allowing them to use their strengths to build him up as a creative but to simultaneously build them up with his strengths. He talks about what he has done to try and stay relevant as a creative within everything that has been going on in the world.
