Erin Telford is a breathwork facilitator, teacher trainer, conscious business mentor, and intuitive. Erin views breathwork as medicine, and this very practice saved her from death. Erin’s almost fatal fall off the side of a mountain caused a traumatic brain injury; she used this experience to trust herself into an even deeper level of spiritual initiation.
While Erin was restructuring her mind/body after coming into contact with her mortality, she learned how to generate healing energy within her own body —both emotionally & in physical form. This episode takes us on a self-healing journey and will INSPIRE you to continue cultivating your self-love, self-worth, and self-healing.
