LeLand DeVaughn, aka Coach Kahri, is the owner of Next Level Health and Wellness. An Army Combat Veteran who’s been coaching and training for 15years. His experience ranges from youth fitness, to strength and conditioning and as far as exercise therapy and life coaching.

As a single father, LeLand has developed a system to impact and improve what he calls the “Four Pillars Of Fitness”. And with that he has been able to coach busy, middle-aged professionals through their daily lives in efforts to achieve their goals. All while having the flexibility to train with him no matter their location or lifestyle.

While being raised by a single mother, defying odds at a young age, and being a young leader in the US Army, LeLand has found success in empowering people and utilizing experiences to build transformations both internal and externally.
