Join my family as we discuss the success principle of networking. Together, my kids and I discuss the importance of networking and how it impacts long-term success.

We explore the different scenarios where you can network, how to be genuine in your intentions, and what not to do, as well. And then, we share ways to commit to new opportunities to meet people and expand our network.

Action Principle

  • Change your perspective on networking. Instead of worrying about who you already know at an upcoming event, focus on the potential for meeting new people. ACTION: Commit to attending a networking event and focus on the excitement of meeting new people.
  • Be curious. When meeting new people, go into it with a mindset of giving first. Ask questions and be genuinely interested in getting to know others. ACTION: Use the guest list to research attendees beforehand so you can ask better questions and make genuine connections.
