I don't have time is the biggest lie that business owners tell themselves. We don't I don't have a time. I'm just so busy. And the truth is you may be busy but the truth is also that you do have time. And while you may not have time to do everything you do have time to do everything that's important. So I suspect if you're somebody who has been saying yourself well I'm just too busy, I don't have enough time. David I feel overwhelmed. That's probably because you just haven't prioritized. You've prioritized, or you. You have just been subject to other people's agendas, you feel the need to stop whatever you're doing and go handle somebody else's agenda. And what is that right, what is it that that makes you feel that you have to control everybody else's agenda and respond to everybody else, and what they're doing. You don't have to do that and I know that as I say that your mind is probably disagree with me and saying no, you don't understand David I have to do it, I assure you, you don't have to do in fact have you ever considered that the more valuable somebody is, the less accessible they seem to be the more valuable somebody is, the less accessible they seem to be, and yet, somebody will tell me David understand I'm just so busy, I'm so overwhelmed and you're so accessible to everybody. You don't have to be that accessible. They can wait. You've got an agenda to you've got a life to that you are operating on, it's what I would say is number one, are you putting your agenda first. Are you putting in, you may this, I'm giving to you in a in a productivity context, but like what about your relationship. Have you been putting your relationship on the backburner and that things whittling away. Are you starting to have arguments over there and foals happening in that relationship that you just haven't been fixing and putting that making that a priority. What about your kids. What about your family. What about your own health. Dude, I don't have time to work out, that is such a lie. You and I both know it. The Five Minute Workout is better than the no minute workout. There's a great app called the seven minute workout go download that thing do seven minutes get seven minutes to put your health in good shape so that you live a longer life. Of course you do. Stop telling yourself the lie that you don't have time, you know, it's so interesting, I've heard this before right like David, I really want to join your programs but I just don't have time. Isn't that exactly why you would be joining. It's a lie that we tell ourselves. You think that, you know, Warren Buffett and these, you know the Jeff Bezos and these massively successful people do you think these people have more time than you. And so here's what I was saying, my friend. This is the last thing I want to get to you. Are you trying to manage time or are you trying to be more efficient and create more time, that's really what we're talking about here, we're talking about you. Learning to delegate learning to prioritize, learning to free up time inside your calendar, so that you can spend time on the things that are most important. So what's most important number one if I were coaching you right now I would say make sure you make time for you. Take care of your health. Take care of your mindset, make sure you're meditating, make sure you're eating right, make sure you're sleeping, seven to nine hours every single night no exceptions. The second thing take care of your family, then, then the third thing, take care of your business, and prioritize that even inside the business taking care of your business first, and then responding to all those things you do that my friend and all of a sudden you're gonna find that you have a lot of time.
