When embarking on a spiritual journey, what if the most significant obstacles you face are not outside but within you? I'm thrilled to bring you a transformative conversation about my meditation and yoga teacher, Saraswati. Together, we journey through my experience of overcoming fear as I share my voyage of self-discovery during a solo retreat amidst the pandemic. The life skills I gained from Saraswati act as a beacon, shedding light on facing the discomfort of the unknown and embracing change.
In the second half of our dialogue, we lean into the intimidating reality of change. We ponder life's known and unknown devils, the fear of mediocrity, and the unease that comes with striving for more. I share the story of my battle with social anxiety, the healing power of breathwork, and the importance of recognizing our emotional triggers for personal growth. Reflecting upon how personal experiences, like the dynamics of our families, can inspire and motivate others, we aim to empower you to face discomfort, embrace the unknown, and muster the courage to be your authentic self.
