In this episode we go through the process of questioning the beliefs that don't work for you and how to change them. If you are following along with the podcast, here are the questions to answer: 1. Who do I believe that I am? 2. What are the beliefs that hold me back? 3. Circle the one that is most responsible from holding you back to take action. 4. Where did this belief first start? Where did you learn it? 5. How does this belief negatively impact you? How does it negatively impact others? How will it make your life worse if you keep operating based on it? 6. Why is this belief ridiculous in any way? Why is this belief untrue? Did you learn this belief from someone that you would model to be successful in this area of your life? 7. What is the truth? What’s your new belief? 8. Think of the past. Would this belief have served you in situations? 9. Think of the present. Will this belief serve you in situations? 10. Think of the future. Will this belief serve you in situations? 11. When will you review this belief each day? Set a time and location.
