Binita Karki is the Head of Solutions Mapping at UNDP Nepal. Previous to this role, she served as the Youth Programme Officer at UNDP Nepal since December 2019. However, this is not the story of Binita's position in the UNDP or its works. Rather it is an inspirational story of a young woman who overcame great hardships in her life to become a change-maker in society. Abandoned by her father as a child, Binita has proudly taken care of her single mother through sheer willpower and perseverance.
