In today's episode, we discuss a very personal topic. Laura and I have met a lot of people and have built a lot of relationships. Sometimes, you outgrow these relationships and need to move on. Other times, these relationships can be harmful to not just you, but your whole family. We talk about what to do when you find yourself in these situations.

How do you cut contact with someone that you were once friends with? What are signs and red flags in relationships that could lead to them harming you in some way? We discuss ways where others have hurt us and when we realize that we need to move on from these people. Is there any way to make the friend breakup any less hard? How do you cut contact with someone while still trying to be respectful? Are there times when it’s better to just be the bad guy? Listen to this episode to see how we were able to cut these toxic relationships out of our lives and continue to grow.
