Josh a Naples native, walks us through his journey over the years from the restaurant business and how that led him into the field of Real Estate. First as an Agent then to what inspired him to open his own Brokerage. Josh, moved quickly in the world of Real Estate, closing millions of dollars in deals in just a short period of time. His brokerage has also grown quickly with over 70 agents in just a few years. He breaks down the culture at his Brokerage and what he feels separates his firm to stand out amongst the many others. He also takes us through his process and advice he gives to new agents. We talk marketing, CRM's and also speak on Zillow and Amazon trying to remove Real Estate Agents altogether.
