Our guest for the day is Mr. Jaideep Gupta, he is someone, who believes that carer planning is not just a one-man show wherein one can simply join a program at a younger age and in the future he or she will achieve success, it is rather a process which involves a deep understanding of the social-economic background of the individual, their interests and expectations and when he saw that this is a huge gap he thought of supporting the pupil by making this journey a cakewalk by establishing his company Univariety.
