Kim Lear is The Founder of InLay Insights, a keynote speaker, consultant, and expert on generational research. Over the past 15+ years, Kim has studied, researched and advised on topics related to generations and the implications for culture, society and the workplace. During our conversation, Kim spoke about the challenges and opportunities with understanding generational data, and how it can be effectively used to build better workplaces. Kim also shared her thoughts and observations on the changing role of the employee-employer contract, remote work, as well as some of her own findings from her own studies of Gen Z workers from the past few years.
