Hi loves. In this episode I update you on my internal process lately, and, a perception and new paradigm on Feminine Expression + how we need to create the space for anger, sadness, grief, disappointment.. etc. Especially for feminine women because these emotions are something we have been carrying for centuries.
There is often this conversation of women blaming all men + hating all men due to their experiences with some men.

That woman is allowed to be angry, because it's how she feels. But where we need to begin to shift is to stop blaming + heal individually.

Some of us are at this stage in consciousness where we can begin to LEARN to allow one another to process, speak, feel, express as we need, without blame, without projection. This does not happen overnight. This happens overtime, with small mental shifts, commitments to evolving+changing perception.

Women are allowed to be angry, they are allowed to be angry at men.
Women are allowed to feel + express their pain.
Let's allow this to be without blame. Not all men are the same. But women carry this pain in their hearts & that is factual.

This is a grey area type of topic. A triggering one. But these conversations are so important to have, and everyones perspective WITHOUT hate, shame & anger, should be welcomed! Share YOUR experience without putting down anothers.
