Hey, amazing one. Welcome back to the Empowered Edupreneur Podcast.
I thought I would bring up a really important topic today on the podcast and that is all about what we should do when our launches are going badly or have gone badly.
A lot of content online is all about six-figure launches, making a lot of money, and I love that, don't get me wrong. However, the reality is that everyone in business will have less than ideal launches and sometimes complete flops.
Let’s talk about it. The more we can have these kinds of conversations and normalise it, the less shame and mental suffering we feel.

In this episode, I jam on:

  • The number one thing you need to do when your launch isn’t going ‘well’ or as you hoped.
  • Three strategic things you can do during and after your launch to either shift the launch entirely, or learn what you need to learn to improve it.

Where the magic happens in your business and how one launch isn’t a dealbreaker, but just a tiny stepping stone in the journey.
This is a great podcast to listen to if you are heading into a launch and feeling fear, if you are within a launch that isn’t going as you wanted it to, or if you have just finished a launch with a result way below your expectations.
It’s time to normalise launches that don’t go well and realise that this is part of business and entrepreneurship. The sooner we can stop fearing it as this ‘big, bad’ thing, the sooner we can move through our fear, execute, launch, learn and start making the money we desire.
