Many nurses come to Lacey wanting to feel more productive on their days off… they feel like they are a waste of space because all they want to do is sleep, rest, watch tv and numb out… First of all - we need a perspective shift on rest. Rest is not lazy, it is extremely productive. We need to regenerate and relax after work… Why?
