Judge Fran Gull ruled that the confessions made by Richard Allen, the suspect in the Delphi murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, will be admissible in court. Allen reportedly confessed to the killings multiple times while in prison. Judge Gull determined that there was insufficient evidence to show that Allen's confessions were coerced or made under duress, as he appeared to have confessed willingly on numerous occasions. Many of them have called for greater scrutiny and reforms to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future
