We are so excited to share our very first wellness edition of the podcast with Weini Smon, founder of @yogawithweini. Weini is a Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga instructor, in this episode we talk to her about the importance of breathing properly and how paying attention to our breath can improve our health and wellbeing in so many ways.
