We had the opportunity to speak with Dr Haben Ghezai, a Clinical Psychologist from London.

This is an important conversation about how to take care of our mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr Haben shares invaluable advice about how to take care of ourselves during these times, we are always so grateful when we come across Eritrean/Ethiopian/Black mental health professionals that we can learn from.

Please do share this episode with your loved ones that might be struggling with the lockdown.
