For our 10th episode of the Eriwellbeing podcast (YAY), we have a special guest that we did our very first in-person podcast recording with, Semere Araya.

Semere reached out to us and asked how he could contribute to the EWB community so we recorded this episode with him to share his personal experiences with mental health as well as share insight about his work as a Mental health nurse.

Semere's personal experiences with mental health since a young age has not only informed his profession but also his advocacy for mental health within our communities and beyond. We loved meeting Semere in person and are so grateful to him for making time to record this while on his holiday, we love how you all keep showing up for this community!

* Please excuse the noise background noise, we recorded the episode in a public space as this was a quick turnaround episode. We've done our very best to adjust the sound with the help of @ryan.nile.show who edited the sound on this podcast.
