Tony is a speaker, Accredited Kanban Trainer(AKT), Professional Coach(ICF) As an Agile Coach he gained early exposure to Lean and Agile thinking whilst working with Toyota in the early 90's. Since then, he has coached various teams across IT, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Strategy to find growth and self-organisation through applying Agile principles. Using the wisdom Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd shared, he has developed a coaching and mentoring style, which compliments his facilitation and training of teams using Sharon Bowman's training from the back of the room (TFTBOTR) techniques.
