- Feeding to sleep

- Rocked to sleep

- Dummy constantly falling out and baby waking when it does

- Wanting to only contact nap

- Wanting to only sleep if they can feel their parents' breath

- Only sleeping if a parent is sleeping on the floor next to them

- Only sleeping if on the move (as soon as the pram stops, or the car engine turns off their little eye snap open)

- How sleep difficulties can sometimes be different to sleep associations

- We discuss common sleep difficulties and Laura shares her tips and recommendations

- Numerous wake ups overnight

- Screaming and crying for hours on end

- Early risers

- Runs hot

- Very hard to settle in the night, once wake for a feed is then wide awake and ready to play.

- How as parents we can know if there may be a medical reason that our baby isn't sleeping? At what stage parents need sleep support?

- Is 'sleep training' safe?
