In this episode Shauna sits down with Alysha, Sr. Financial Planner in Tax and Estate Planning at Richardson Wealth Limited, to discuss why estate planning is so important and what this looks like as an entrepreneur, breaking down what estate planning is and what it entails, who should be involved in the process, and 5 estate planning tips for women entrepreneurs.

Alysha takes a holistic approach to wealth management, leading the wealth planning process in its entirety — from goals-based discovery to developing detailed financial and estate plans, through to strategy implementation.

With over 10 years experience in the investment industry, Alysha provides clients with comprehensive wealth services including expert insight on tax, intergenerational wealth transfer, philanthropy, business succession and continuity planning and estate planning. She holds specialized designations in financial planning, family enterprise advisory, estate planning, and risk management.
