Two episodes of "The Fist, The Whole Fist And Nothing But The Fist, So Help Me Pod - The Official Fistball Australia Podcast" in two weeks? Wowee. But hey, that's what happens when you chat about fistball for over 3 hours and decide you need to split it into two parts!
So as promised, we've now dropped part two of our mega-chat with Cory Dahn, of the United States fistball team!
In this part two, hosts Chris "Super Mario" Milne and Malcolm "Mr Fister" Donnellon immediately jump into a full detailed match review of the 2018 USA Men's Club Championship match, a fierce slug fest between Cory's own SSC (Swim & Sports Club) and the WFA (Wisconsin Fistball Association). So detailed, in fact, that we've broken down the game review into two sections of its own! We then jump into the customary shout outs segment, of course.
In the match review, not only do we anoint the newest US fistball cult hero (in our eyes and hearts), but Mal also digs out a fun little Easter egg he spotted during the match concerning a cheeky incident involving the Dahn man himself (for less eagle-eyed viewers of the match).
Oh yeah, and there's maybe 2 or 3 people involved in US fistball in the last 15 years who don't get a mention in this (or the previous) episode... so to those people, sorry about that.
