Ali is the founder of Bondi Blades, a business she initially started as a side hustle but quickly scaled into a global success within 3 years. The Bondi Blade soon became the ‘it’ product, being featured across many influencers’ social media profiles and eventually going viral through TikTok.
Ali talks us through creating the idea behind her product, as well as her journey from working a 9-5 in corporate finance to becoming a successful entrepreneur in the online beauty space. We discuss the challenges of starting up in ecommerce, including working with factories, navigating complications with shipping and changing up strategies to deal with a post-pandemic economy.
