On Monday, President Joe Biden wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post, suggesting reforms to the Supreme Court that he says will restore the public faith in the institution. Among his ideas, Biden pitched establishing 18-year term limits for Justices and a new code of ethics for them to adhere to. Constitutional law expert, George Washington University professor, and FOX News contributor Jonathan Turley joins the podcast to discuss the President's reform proposals, why they will likely not pass through Congress, and if they do, why they'd ironically be tested before the Supreme Court.

As Vice President Kamala Harris closes in on officially locking up the Democratic nomination, polls suggest she is gaining momentum. For months leading up to President Biden dropping out of the race earlier this month, former President Trump seemed to hold a steady lead over his opponent. Vice President Harris is seemingly catching up with the former president in key swing states. But will enthusiasm among Democrats hold, or is this what some call a "honeymoon bump"? Democratic Strategist and CEO of Schoen Cooperman Research, Carly Cooperman, joins the Rundown to discuss why Vice President Harris has been able to bring back Democratic base voters, what she needs to do on the campaign trail to keep momentum, and keys to what weaknesses may hold back the Vice President.

Plus, commentary from host of Tomi Lahren Is Fearless on Outkick, Tomi Lahren.
