The Biden campaign is working overtime to court minority voters as new polls continue to show an erosion of support for the President among Hispanic and Black Americans. President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have been on the trail touting economic initiatives and student loan forgiveness in hopes of retaining voters. Former President Trump has been outspoken in recent weeks in his own attempt to gain minority voters, with a campaign stop in the Bronx. Founder and partner of Schoen Cooperman Research, Doug Schoen, joins the Rundown to discuss the latest FOX News polling, why minority voters may be moving toward the Republican party, and what the Biden campaign can do to win back the voting base.

As the conflict in Ukraine remains dire, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to attend the G7 summit in Italy later this week. A key point at this year's event is a discussion on potential ways to use frozen Russian assets to assist Ukraine's military. However, as the west debates over a plan to help its ally, four Russian warships, including a nuclear-powered submarine, will arrive in Cuba this week, bringing back flashbacks from the Cuban Missile Crisis. Former special assistant to President George W. Bush for national security and the founder of Beacon Global Strategies, Michael Allen, describes why Western countries are changing their attitude toward the Russia-Ukraine war and why Russia's presence in Cuba could be destabilizing to the United States.

Plus, commentary from FOX News senior meteorologist and host of The Janice Dean Podcast, Janice Dean.
