On Monday, Dr. Anthony Fauci testified before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. The former top infectious disease official faced heavy criticism for his handling of the pandemic response, with lawmakers’ questions focusing on the lack of scientific reasoning behind six feet of social distancing and if the suppression of the lab leak theory came from a federal level. Former Director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Robert Redfield, joins the Rundown to share his thoughts on the panel testimony, the evidence behind the origins of COVID-19, and Dr. Fauci's statements on gain of function research.

Driving into the country's largest city just got more expensive. Starting at the end of the month, those entering New York City below 60th Street will now be subjected to congestion pricing and pay at least $15 to drive in lower Manhattan during peak hours. The goal is to relieve congestion in the city daily by reducing traffic by 120,000 vehicles. Those with no other option than to drive into NYC are furious with the state's decision, with eight lawsuits pending in New York and New Jersey. One lawsuit stems from Hempstead, Long Island, and Town Supervisor Don Clavin Jr. joins to explain their lawsuit and how the pricing will affect the town's 800,000 commuters.

Plus, commentary by co-host of FOX and Friends Weekend and host of The Will Cain Show, Will Cain.
