The bipartisan border bill negotiated by Senator Lankford of Oklahoma will come to a vote in the Senate today, but Lankford himself will be voting against the bill. Many Republicans are now opposing the bill, after Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer made changes to the legislation that the GOP heavily opposes, arguing it doesn’t address the real problem of illegal immigration. Senator Minority Whip John Thune (R-SD) joins the Rundown to discuss his opposition to the bill, what President Biden can do to stop the border crisis, and what he envisions for future negotiations on immigration.

Transgender women competing in sports has been a hot topic for a while now, with New York's Nassau County Supreme Court striking down an executive order banning trans athletes from competing earlier this month. Former NCAA swimmer and Outkick podcast host Riley Gaines continues to advocate for women's sports. She joins to discuss Caitlin Clark's impact on women's basketball, why she never saw herself in this position, and her new book, "Swimming Against the Current: Fighting for Common Sense in a World That’s Lost its Mind."

Plus, commentary from FOX News Contributor Tammy Bruce.
