And after a year of working with Home Instead owners all over the country, he and his wife purchased their local Home Instead in Columbia, SC. From co-founding his first small business at the age of 21, to running one of the largest in-home-care companies in the U.S. and years of consulting with Fortune 500 organizations, Brad's love of the areas of business that so many others avoid is what led him to founding Sourced and buying a Home Instead.
