Acts of nature affect us all, but they appear to have a more deleterious effect on some groups than others. I am joined by Dr. Junia Howell (University of Pittsburgh), Michael Kenner (Miken Development), and Jerome Moore (Community Changers) to discuss the effects natural disasters have on communities of color, specifically the African American community.
