Glad you could join me today for a Podcast about the History and Culture of New Mexico with an emphasis on Agriculture since at least three times a day I use Agriculture. I don’t always think about myself using Agriculture. Mostly, I think it is time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or maybe it is time for a Fresh Chile snack in between one of the meals. While I like almost every Agricultural product, two of my favorite areas of products are beef and Chile. I often combine the two with either lots of Chile on beef or beef on lots of Chile. Let’s talk about Chile. There is that saying, Variety in Hatch Valley Chile is the spice of life. It used to be a long time ago you had Green Chile and Red Chile but not much choice other than green or red.
