The workers market is here to stay for a while and Beyonce's new song "Break My Soul" has led to a Twitter conversation around 'quitting your job' to find something more aligned with the soul. In this episode I share some insights on the different generations and how they are perceiving the workers market and what they likely will do based on unique perspectives. It's helpful to remember that generational values is not ageism - rather its a perspective that helps us to better understand the range of values and attitudes based on a person's vantage point of environmental influences growing up and current situational viewpoints. EVERY generation wants the same things - to connect, to engage and to grow.
