However, over time, this journey led her to transform her career from a management consultant and risk management to becoming a professional coach. Despite the difference in career paths, Jane sees many similarities between her previous role and her current profession. As a management consultant, Jane worked tirelessly to understand the root cause of her clients' problems, offering solutions that not only addressed the symptoms but also transformed the situation. She brings this same approach to her coaching, helping her clients understand the underlying causes of their perceived problems and facilitating their transformation towards permanent and sustainable change. Jane's coaching approach is rooted in NLP and Integral Theory, as well as Management Consulting methods. With her vast experience and expertise, Jane has helped many individuals achieve their personal and professional goals, and I am excited to learn more about her insights and perspectives.
