Today I’m joined by my good friend, and someone I’ve mentioned on the podcast numerous times, Steph Crowder.

Steph is a stellar business coach with a really strong background in sales, helping me out with my own thoughts about selling. She went from a struggling sales rep for Groupon who was nearly fired for her low numbers to Director of Sales Training for all of Groupon by the age of 26. She then branched out to launch her own coaching services and programs, learning a ton about entrepreneurship and herself along the way. Today we get into the story of why she ended up temporarily quitting her business and what finally brought her back.

This Week on the Get Paid Podcast:

  • Steph's journey from a challenging start in sales to becoming a top performer

  • Why Steph temporarily left entrepreneurship to work for someone else again

  • The pivotal shift that led Steph to rediscover her passion for entrepreneurship after a year hiatus

  • The inevitable personal development that’s required if you want to grow a business

  • Steph’s stance on passive income vs. 1:1 offerings

  • The worst advice Steph ever gave as a coach and what she believes now

  • How she figured out the real problem with her business model (Hint: it wasn’t her business)
