Today we wanted to talk about something that affects all of us, though it impacts women particularly hard. The quest for perfectibility, aiming to star achievement in every aspect of our lives is an extremely common phenomenon in our society, with more than 70% of women experiencing it on a daily basis, and it is draining us.
Creating a social and cultural paradigm shift takes time and action in both public and private spaces. We must keep having awkward conversations that lead to questioning our world, and that way, we can change!
