Ken and Joan founded the dental equipment company A-dec, which is now the largest employer in Yamhill County, and were also behind the Allison Inn and Spa, which is now the number one hotel in Oregon. Ken and Joan were also well known for their major contributions to the Newberg community through their Foundations.
