Alfredo Moreno, Community Relations Manager at PCC shares how after being open for about a year after the COVID-19 pandemic, PCC is looking to expand its enrollment, get community feedback, and once again become a thriving center of affordable education in Newberg. We also discuss the history of PCC, its role in our community, what role community colleges play in education as well as his thoughts on what the future holds.
