Finding Flow is a book from 1997 that I read about a year ago.. I pulled it off my bookshelf and decided to refresh my memory on some of the golden nuggets of information that I had highlighted in it. It talks about how we judge others situation logically and think that the answer to their dilemma is simple. But when we judge our own situation we employ empathy for ourselves. We take our emotions more seriously than what the logical reality of the situation is. Enjoy the podcast, thanks for listening! -Steph
