Hey guys, in this episode I talk about habits! If you want to change your life for the better, your best bet is to fill your time with productive habits. Start by adding 1 good habit and once youโ€™ve been consistent with it, continuously add more until all of your โ€œfree timeโ€ is being taken up by productive habits! The 1st habit you can add to your life is: Work out every day! Your health is the most important thing so that would be the 1st habit to add!
