How can you raise your deserve level and build your confidence level, and how you can firstly build your people level. Zig Ziglar helped and mentored Bryan when he was at his organisation for -over 26 years - you need to put your talent ahead of your passion; you have to have your ability to communicate your passion.

One of the biggest steps is selling is a process, not a personality - as we know, selling isn't telling.

It's a process to understand the other person -Lead with need and not yourself.

One of the biggest things is the process takes the pressure off the person, and these steps are in Bryans books - lets the Now go and sell something - So You're new to sales. Confirm the needs in the customer's mind is a massive tip - slow down the need, and the customer is receptive to the need. About Bryan began his career with 14 years of extensive experience with IBM as a super salesman, a “people” manager, and a sales instructor at IBM’s national training centre. In 1984, Bryan joined the Zig Ziglar Corporation. He delivered Training and Coaching for over 25 years, working with various companies, industries, and clients. Bryan designs and delivers training programs that improve the team and individual productivity and growth. He has authored numerous training programs, including 3 sales books. For the past three decades, He's been honoured to help salespeople learn their profession among countless industries across the globe.
