After his time as head quarterback at East Tennessee State University, football player Austin Herink was given very little time to make a decision about an option he did not even know existed. After reaching out to someone about a career in coaching, Austin was soon answered with a different kind of offer. Austin, had 48 hours to decide if he would play American Football in Austria in the AFL (Austrian Football League). Obviously he said yes, or this wouldn't be an episode of ours. However, the story and his current situation need to be heard. If you are a young football player, use Austin's story as motivation to know that there is always an option for you.
