Crystal gives herself a lot of titles: (co)founder and CEO, best-selling author, creator, speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, wife, auntie…but most importantly, the title she holds above all others, is mama to Madelyn Elizabeth Webster. When Madelyn died in her arms just hours after she was born, Crystal wanted to die too. It took her years to learn to live again – It was only once she realized her Maddie wouldn't want her mom to spend the rest of her life waiting to die, and the mission of Sharing Solace was placed on her heart, did she find the strength to live a life worth living.

Sharing Solace was founded from that love, loss, and hope: to help grievers grieve and lovers love their griever through technology-elevated, pass-along-able gifts wrapped in a meaningful community of support and strength - so you can always ‘Remember. You’re not alone.’
