She is the co-founder of Food + Planet, an organization dedicated to reaching healthcare professionals to drive the adoption of sustainable diet patterns, and is also the author of Go Green, Get Lean: Trim Your Waistline with the Ultimate Low-Carbon Footprint Diet.
