Ireland’s most capped women’s player, Lynne Cantwell, gives the girls her perspective on the situation from her unique viewpoint, as Women’s High Performance Manager at the South African Rugby Union - where a parallel story has unfolded; the boys in green and the Springboks have both had great success recently and their female counterparts are struggling to progress.
