Welcome to Season 2, Episode 4 of the Gospel for Everyone. In this episode, we will tackle part 2 of a 2 part episode dealing with anxiety.
In particular, we look at how we control our thoughts, not that our thoughts control us. We look at some practical ways Scripture directs us to do this.

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable -- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy -- think about such things.

Proverbs 4:23
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
