What do you do when a potential missionary candidate isn't a good fit? Should mobilizers tell potential candidates, "No"? Or perhaps you have a great candidate ready to go to the field, but field leadership won't accept them. What do you do then? Listen to this episode of the Missionary Mobilization Podcast as host Dave Jacob chats with Jared Gleason who has served on both sides of the sending pipeline.
