Can I just tell you how much I did NOT want to do an episode this week?

Well, it's true.

I'm in a slump, y'all. An icky one. Like the kind where they send you back down to the minors. But slump and all, I learned a few things today and I wanted to share them with you because I think they are worthy of getting me out of my slumpy-ness.

I have used an app called VIDA through my employer's health insurance. It's AWESOME. I have a fantastic health coach that I meet with every week and the app is sort of a combination of FitBit, MyFitness Pal, and every other food tracker on the planet.

Today, VIDA was hosting a webinar on dealing with stress during the holidays. I decided to check it out and it was AWESOME! I got into more detail in the episode, but let's just say I had a slight epiphany and I feel very hopeful about the next few weeks!
