About the Guest

Dr. Garrett Hope is a speaker, money coach, and award-winning composer of music for education ensembles and media.

His passion lies in exploring the stories we create for ourselves, especially around money. Garrett travels the country (and over Zoom) speaking to businesses, teams, schools, and audiences of creatives helping them to identify and release their money anchors and how to lead with creativity and freedom. He holds degrees from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, the University of Northern Colorado, and Colorado Christian University. He has completed coach training in the ORSC (Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching) method and offers individual, group, and email-based coaching.

His podcast, The Portfolio Composer, has over 250 episodes on the business of being a composer and he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Ultimate Music Business Summit. He taught at colleges and universities in several states for over 15 years until beginning his entrepreneurial journey.

Garrett is a native of Colorado and currently lives in Nebraska with his wife and daughter while also serving as Director of worship for his church.
